Bernie Madoff Stole From the Sick

Found this story about how The Mayo Clinic (yes, that one) has lost millions in the collapse of the Madoff house of cards. Apparently donations were made to various research programs with the condition that the donated funds be invested with Madoff.

How this guy was able to keep the scheme going for so long and was able to attract the investors he did (have you seen some of the names on the list?) is beyond me. My bet is this guy never lives to see a trial. Be curious to see who else in his organization gets nailed for their involvement.
